What's unique:Sliding glass door
Small family home with 4 bedrooms, 2 baths and a mudroom that has a washing machine and dryer in it. One bedroom has a sliding glass door and is normally used as a nursery or work from home office.

The electricity bill is a fixed rate of $200, due to having solar panels. This is not included in the rent.

Renter is responsible for enabling the ADT security system for the electronic exterior door locks.

Complete bi-weekly landscaping for front and backyard covered by Landlord.

Home is for rent, in current condition. Property is managed by out-of-state Home Owners (Dual Active Duty Military Family), not a property rental Company. This is our family home and we rent it out when we aren't stationed there, so we can keep it. No walk through tour available, until early June, due to currently having a family in it.
