Located close to bay and usually has fresh cool ocean breeze. There is a sizable outside deck available for lounging.

This is a room only rental, the kitchen is only accessible for refrigerator and microwave access. Sorry no cooking.

Room is unfurnished. There is a spacious closet (organized) and ceiling and wall lights built in. Window has blackout blinds. Owner will provide Air Mattress bed and linens if requested.

First month + one month security deposit required prior to move in = $1820. NO CHECKS - Only Zelle, PayPal or Cash.

The home is occupied with easy going tenants and the owners.
