 Loft style 1 bedroom apartment. Apartment features include bamboo flooring, newer kitchen cabinets, good closet space, and lots of natural light. Rent includes hot water and there is coin op laundry in the building.
Hot water is included in the rent. Heat is by electric baseboard, so tenants pay it on their electric bill. Laundry room is on-site. No off street parking with this building. There is a town owned lot right behind us where most of the tenants park. Tenants can get a resident permit from the town to park there. The last few years they have charged $75/year per permit

    "The libraries have great activities for kids and the town works hard to provide kid-friendly events (they close down Main St. four times a year for Open Streets festivals and they partner with businesses who pass out candy and provide a “safe” trick or treat night for kids). My kids play outside daily with the other 6 neighborhood kids. It’s a wonderful place to raise kids. "
