About this House

This duplex offers three bedrooms and two full bathrooms. This two-bath home features a functional layout with central heat & air for year-round comfort. The kitchen includes an electric stove and dishwasher for easy meal prep and cleanup. Additional conveniences include a two-car garage with washer and dryer hookups and owner-paid lawn service (front yard only).

Rental Terms:
-Resident responsible for all utilities
-One-year lease required
-Renters' insurance required
-No smoking allowed
-Owner prefers no pets but will consider one small pet with additional monthly rent of $35 per month

Application Requirements:
1) Completed application from each adult (18+) - $45 application fee per person
2) Combined household income at least 2.5 times the monthly rent.
3) Satisfactory credit; no evictions or recent bankruptcies.
4) Two years of recent, consecutive verifiable rental history or homeownership. Rental history references must be satisfactory.
5) $250 holding deposit required when submitting application
6) Incomplete applications will not be processed.
