  • Trulia User
"Great schools, colleges, parks, close to the Botanical Garden and the Bronx Zoo as well, many supermarkets and grocery stores and also public transportation ."

  • Trulia User
"neighborhood has too many hills my doctor recommended I live on a lower floor apartment or a building with a elevator"
  • Trulia User
"I don't live in this area myself, but my aunt has lived there for over 30 years and I visit her frequently, so I know quite a bit about the area. There are a lot of families and a few parks for kids, pets and space to throw outdoor parties. The parks are typically clean and the area is pretty quiet. there's many stores and places to buy any necessities. Overall a great place to live and raise a family. "
  • Trulia User
"friendly live there for a long time. i loveit that area tell me usually i walk there Everytime i want a apt there "
  • Trulia User
"It's s people, the always filled with people streets day or night, the community colleges all around, it's parks and community centers."
  • Trulia User
"There’s alot of good schools around the area and many stores to buy clothing and groceries. I grew up in this area since 1994 and the changes from then and now are much more better"
  • Trulia User
"This neighborhood is getting worse every year, parking is nearly impossible and I wouldn’t walk around here and I’m a native new Yorker "
  • Terica M.
"I’ve lived here for majority of my life it’s super loud majority of the year. People are ALWAYS outside!! Partying, drinking, smoking, littering, loud music & more. It’s a embarrassing to have company visit. Great access to transportation however. "
  • Releive_me
"All the access to shops and transportation is great. Neighborhood can be noisy and unsafe at times. "
  • Dignamejia34
"This neighborhood is good for commuters, good shopping areas, but the neighborhood is often dirty, Going down hill"
  • Rocio H.
"Parents should know that their children are entitled to good schools. The city has money. All they need to know is to apply. Find bilingual school counselors. Otherwise, kids can be misguided & lost to illicit drugs or alcohol. Parents should stay in focus mode."
  • Kwakuamankwaah96
"We have bbq’s at the park and they’re a lot of good and fun events all throughout the year. Love it "
  • Elderlyneighborbx
"2406 Webster Ave is horrible. They rent out the backyard for parties that go on weekdays and weeknights til 5am or 6am. They have complete disregard to the people who live here. Believe it or not, there are still some decent people who get up early to go to work. "
  • Steve B. A.
"Very noisy and the streets are dirty for the most part. Yet it’s very convenient for shopping and commuting "
  • Monica M.
"Not a good neighborhood a lot of fights shooting, robberies and dramas I don’t recommend it if your looking to live a peaceful life "
  • Denise R.
"You see people walking their dogs all the time. The dogs and owners seem friendly. There are plenty places to curb your dog in the neighborhood. You just have to pick up after your dog when s/he poops"
  • Ce-asia H.
"Well you get to see drug transactions and walk past people so high on drugs they are little nodding off while standing. "
  • Camry178
"The neighborhood is dangerous. There's no peace during the warmer months because people have no respect and part extremely loud music outside at all hours of the night. Can't wait to move!"
  • Yeniffer.de.luna2
"we barely have any events it's mostly the church that throws events, and it's not really a good neighborhood."
  • Juan C. U.
"its A good Community All stores are near by, trains, school, buses, etc. it's a little noising because of the place but otherwise a good area "
  • Shapeyapril12349
"I like the area I would not mine living in my own apartment in this area I also have family in the area as well"
  • Caly E.
"it's close to shopping district and the parks are being renovated they do lots of activities for kids "
  • Eliana M.
"None, poorly maintained. Very crowded. Needs a lot of work. Not very family oriented. Parks are kinda maintained."
  • Nicole G.
"Dog owners would not like the poop that remains on the ground; not the cleanest area honestly. People need to take care of where they live. "
  • Jennifert0511
"People who have dogs don’t pick up after them. It’s disgusting to see poop everywhere like if you have a dog be responsable and clean after them or just simply don’t take them out for a walk cause you’re affecting everyone else neighborhood. "
  • Trulia User
"My neighborhood has lots of access to public transportation. Neighborhood could be better taken care of than it currently is. "
