About this House

This three bedroom, bath and a half home is in great condition and ready to enjoy. Very nice hardwood floors through out the living room and bedrooms. There is a large covered patio in the fenced back yard with a storage building. The video shows the older bath and curtains in the living room which have all been changed. The pictures are new.

This home does not allow pets and no smoking of any substance.

The fully refundable security deposit is an amount equal to one month's rent. A prepaid cleaning fee equal to 30% of the monthly rent will be paid at time of signing lease.

Lease will expire April 30, 2027 and auto renew on July 1 of each year if tenant/landlord does not elect to terminate between April 30 and July 1. Move out options are April 30, May 31, June 30. Buyout option available if tenant needs to break lease.

    "Overall living here has been very convienent and helpful towrds my living situation here in springfield. I have had no issues with any form of management since living here and always find my help request solved in a quick manner. They are also very good about giving a heads up before they enter, whether that be for pest control or just doing a quick inspection. outside of the feel of the place all of the amenities of the apartment are great no complaints at all. I also enjoy the pool and believe it is always in a clean and useable state for the summer!"

    "After living at Dryden Place Apartments for two years, my experience has been pleasant overall. The interior of the townhouse is nice and the neighborhood is quiet. The pool is well maintained. Any maintenance calls I've had were addressed promptly. The parking lot gets a bit crowded at times, but that isn't an issue most of the time. I would rate my experience her a 4.5 out 5 stars."

    "I have lived in Catalpla East for several years and would highly recommend to anyone who ask. While it is not the most modern apartment they are clean, well maintained and the space flows well. Apart from the physical apartement unit the location cannot be beat. WIth quick access to the high way I can access any part of the city with easy and the immediate area is safe enough for me to feel secure running alone at any time of day."

My heat went out during snow storm and I called the mentainance, tghey fixed it in few hours even on the weekend, I was thinking they gonna take few days. The pool is really nice to have a relaxed evening in the pool on weekends. It was so easy to work with getting leased and renewing it again. "

    "I've lived in Rosewood Village for 4 years now. It's a nice neighborhood and I haven't seen anything to report as far as problems going on here. It's been pest free since I've been here. A big plus! I've only had a minor problem with heat and A. C. that was taken care of quickly. The staff & maintenance has been nice in handling any problems that a person may have. The laundry room is nice. A nice pool is on site too. They're remodeling the decks & I think, patio doors. I recommend Rosewood Village to anyone needing a place to live in this area! "
