This property is on the ocean front with large windows on the front with million dollar views of the Pacific ocean and Catalina Island etc., It is on the Bluff Park area across the Ocean Blvd. The Long Beach pier is a ten minute walk with excellent restaurants etc. Belmont Shore area with its famous restaurants and store is hardly a mile away. The unit has two patios, the front Patio faces the ocean with an unobstructed ocean view showing the Catalina island plus the smaller islands close to the beach and Queen Mary. The back patio is equipped with a barbeque, small refrigerator. The property is gated for security. Top of the line appliances, like Viking stove, Viking dishwasher, Sub-Zero refrigerator, Whirlpool washer and gas dryer, tankless water heater energy efficient, central air-conditioned and heated. The entire unit has hard wood / tile flooring, blinds.
This is a five star property. One car garage with garage door opener. The final word is that there are not too many properties like this one.

Owner pays for water, tenant pays for electricity and gas. Preferably no smoking, no smoking inside the unit. Tenant has to keep the area clean (Front and Rear patio). Common area in the secure area should be kept clean along with the garage. Trash responsibility should be shared with the other tenants.
