Vacation/ transition rental. East Naples. We are in beautiful Winterpark, boasting many recent upgrades. Our condo is within yards of the pool and amenities.

Beautiful gulf breezes, 2nd floor, 2 Bedroom/ 2 Bathroom. This home is beautifully furnished and walk in ready for your arrival. Fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, high speed internet, flat screen tvs. Cathedral ceilings and large windows open this space with exceptional natural light and ocean breezes. The location is second to none, just steps to one of the largest resort style heated swimming pools in Naples, newly surfaced pickle ball and tennis courts as well as bocce ball, a community club house and walking path. Exceptionally friendly community with many activities. Less than 10 minutes to grocery stores, pharmacy, restaurants and coffee shops. gorgeous beaches and downtown Naples, famous for its fine dining and upscale shopping.

Unfortunately, we are unable to welcome pets per HOA rules.

Minimum 2 month rental/maximum 6 months. No pets, no smoking. $150 non refundable application fee plus State and County Taxes. Rental amounts vary by season.
