Nearby, you can go swimming, kayaking, paddle boarding, and boating, as well as visit local wineries, golf courses, shopping areas and restaurants. We are looking for someone who will love and care for this Channel Islands Harbor gem, with a one to two year lease. Small pets are allowed, with a pet deposit. No smoking. Move-in date is ASAP.

The security deposit of one and a half month's rent is required at lease signing, and the first month's rent is to be paid on move-in.
