The fully equipped kitchen includes a refrigerator, gas stove/range, microwave, dishwasher, garbage disposal, and ample cabinet space, making it easy to prepare meals during your stay.
A washer and dryer are also provided for your convenience, while the split-system air conditioning and heating ensure year-round comfort.
Step outside into your own private backyard retreat, complete with a built-in BBQ, outdoor gas fireplace, spa, and beautifully landscaped yard. It's the perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee, dine outdoors, or relax after a day spent exploring the coast. Landscaping service is included, so you can simply enjoy your vacation without the upkeep.
The home comfortably accommodates up to six guests. The primary bedroom features a king-size bed, the second bedroom offers a queen-size bed, and the third bedroom includes two twin beds.
Located just a short stroll from the beach, Mammoth on the Strand places you within easy reach of Channel Islands Harbor, Ventura Harbor, local restaurants, waterfront dining, shopping, and countless outdoor activities. Whether you're looking to spend your days surfing, paddleboarding, biking along the coast, or simply unwinding on the beach, this home provides the perfect home base for your coastal getaway.
The property does not include garage access; however, driveway parking is available for up to two vehicles.
Monthly rates are $4,500 per month for stays of two months or longer, plus a monthly utility fee of $450. One-month stays are available for $5,000 plus the $450 monthly utility fee. No pets, please.
