A $225 one-time lease preparation fee, the non refundable cleaning fee and first month's rent are due prior to move-in.

Recurring monthly charges consist of monthly rent, 3% administration fee, $30 per pet rent (if applicable and does not apply to assistive animals), utility charge (if noted in the property listing) and other fees as noted in listing (HOA amenity fee, parking fee, etc).

    "I lived in this house for 4 years and it was a dream. Loved everything about it. It’s a safe neighborhood with great people. The walls are so thick so it’s very quiet. I worried when I moved in that there would be homeless or people walking down the streets (I can from LA) and it never happened. I would sit on the front porch for hours with my dog and it was just the best. Whoever gets this home (and closet!!) will love it. "
