  • Aschwichtenberg805
"I see people walking their dogs and most of us on my street have dogs. The whole neighborhood seems to be dog friendly."

"I see people walking their dogs. I think our neighborhood is dog friendly. I myself have two dogs and they have never caused a problem."
  • Mizzmaggi
"people look out for each other and are friendly, very quiet and pleasant. I've never had any problems"
  • Zanmanzutto
"It literally has Palo Verde trees everywhere. Nice unique housing, not so cookie cutter. Easily accessible. "
  • circuitvibes
"I lived at 1160-1 N richey for 2 years. The neighboorhood had a lot of sketchy people in the area, and my place was burglarized twice. For which is the reason I moved away to California for more safety! My neighbors were very nice and friendly, but the area just has way too much crime there. Several of my neighbors had been robbed also, it seems that there is a crime ring that sweeps through the area ever so often. I wouldn't recommend anyone to move into this area, save yourself the trouble and move somewhere else!"
