We will not live on site, but the home is available for a single family or can also rent out per room.

Renter will be responsible for all utility bills; Trash, Water/Sewage, and Electricity/Gas (Solar and EV 240V Outlet is included with the home to help save). Preferred No smoking in the home but free to smoke outside. Pets would have a $150 down deposit and an additional $50-Small Dogs / $80-Large Dogs monthly fee. A scheduled home inspection will be conducted every 6 months with at least 18-years of age adult present. Maintenance Manager: Available to schedule maintenance in the interior of the home. Scheduled Maintenance price may vary on the items requested to complete. fee will be communicated on top of maintenance repair and material. Maintenance will respond to request within 24 hrs. When renters are moving out, a $125 refurbish and touchup fee will be required unless renter decides to hire a third party or complete themselves.
