Large 2 car garage. Vegetable garden and the start of a chicken coop. Nice flat yard. Call Sandra the rental manager to get more info and set a tour date. The property is gated and no tours without a call to Sandra.

Tenant pays for PGE, propane, garbage service, water. Landlord pays the solar equipment bill. House is pretty efficient. 1st month and deposit. Pet deposit is $250 per pet and returned if no damage. Pets can cause a lot of damage. Could be long term tenancy.

    "Eskaton has great dog paths, it's a retirement community in Placerville and very quiet and friendly. For the most part people pick up their dog doo but occasionally you get a few bad apples. But that's anywhere I think. Overall, the community has a lot of different diverse walking paths with poop poles strategically placed. "
