Enter my home with a house key through the front door with no stairs into an open spacious design with decorated living room, comfortable circular sofa and pillows, matching coffee table with glass top and side table with Tiffany lamp, 55" Sony HDTV with Google Chromecast, and large picture window with sliding windows that face east toward sunrises over the mountainside dotted with olive trees and wildflowers.

Next to the living room is my well equipped gourmet kitchen with gas stove, double oven with convection and bake and broil settings, microwave, dishwasher, stainless steel cookware, a collection of wooden spoons and cooking utensils, Pfalzgraff dish set, and silverware. The large island in the middle of the kitchen is for food preparation with a variety of quality knives and chopping boards. On the other side of the kitchen island are two adjustable height stools that are comfortable for dining.

My Japanese Water Machine on my kitchen counter produces 2 gallons in 2 minutes of clean healthy drinking water and waters for cooking, cleaning and sanitizing that saves time and money so no need to buy bottled water and my home is a chemical and allergen free environment.

Collectible paintings and artwork from my travels around the world are displayed around my home.

Albertson's, Grocery Outlet, Northgate Mexican Market, a Farmer's Market, local farms, restaurants, antique shops, and locally owned wineries are nearby in the town of Fallbrook known as the The Avocado Capital of the World.
