Description
This property is no longer available to rent or to buy. This description is from March 19, 2024
This unit is unique. Located on the sixth floor of the historic Lowry Building, this condo has beautiful white shutters allowing for a multitude of lighting and atmoshpere possibilities. Ductwork painted flat white makes it fade from sight and the 12-foot ceilings keep the area looking spacious and the focus on your living style and taste. An open floor plan with a little more room than many other 1BR condo/apt allows more flexibility for your imagination and creativity in arrangement. You can be self-contained and efficient with non-intrusive compact white stacked washer/dryer combo and plenty of built-in drawers, shelving, hanging and storage capabilities. Craving food or culture? You are within a few walking minutes of restaurants, theatre and music venues. Whether you're a scholar needing access to the Library or a fan traveling to sports events or concerts at the Xcel or RiverCentre you can stay indoors and walk there through a climate controlled tunnel. N/AGreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageWhen we went to pick up our son from school, he was not there. Administration were all present and did nothing to help us find our son. The only person that went out to search for our son was his kindergarten teacher. I literally ran home to find my son in our backyard crying and frightened. He came home by himself when he didn't see me. We tried calling the school we were 5 mins late because we were coming from my daughters doctor appointment and it took longer than expected. No pick -up. But my son should not have been let to leave since he has a sign that he always carries on his backpack that states that he is to only leave with parents. We had a meeting with the principal the next day about the situation. Only to hear her blaming our 5 year old son. She does not plan on making their school release system better since they've never had a problem with he system before, only with our son that they've had a problem. That is a shame that she could sit there and lie to us with such pride. We withdrew our son from the school that day. The teachers may be great, but the leadership needs some proper training for competency.Parent Review8y ago - Ramsey Middle School

2/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageRamsey is a really fantastic school with amazing teachers. I don't find that standardized test scores give an accurate representation of what makes a school great. It's really about the teachers, their attitudes and the happiness of the kids. My kids have a ton of support from their teachers and the staff, they truly care about the students. I know my kids learn the skills they need to be good humans, not just academic all stars. Because at the end of the day, people will remember you for how you make the feel.Parent Review1y ago - Central Senior High School

5/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageThe students are allowed to dress horribly, bullies are allowed free reign of the school, kids gamble during study hall and no one says anything to them.Other Review4y ago - Check out schools near 350 Saint Peter St #608.
