One of a Kind.
Grace Church is perfectly located in Eastern Market, Capitol Hill. Don't be fooled by all the ads saying "Eastern Market" and even "Capitol Hill
I just checked ten ads that said Eastern Market but none were actually in it. This one is in the heart. Less than one block to all of these: Eastern Market Metro, Starbucks, and Trader Joe's! Two blocks to actual historic market in the Eastern Market building--buy your groceries there daily with Farmers Market every weekend or walk to Harris Teeters three blocks away. Less than one block to Barracks Row gas lamp district with wide brick sidewalks, shops, and lots of great restaurants. When you meet with friends, they always want to come to this area because you can walk to all the cafes, restaurants and watering holes from the famous 8th Street Barracks Row to the Capitol Hill stretch of Pennsylvania Avenue to Eastern Market. Short walk to Capitol Building.
Includes garage parking space and remote control.
Check out the stained glass throughout the building, even the garage! Just completed new roof for entire building--take a look at the new copper flashings all around. You will love relaxing on the rooftop deck. Beautiful.
This is our home and we plan to live there again so we are looking for someone to treat it well. Prefer a two-year lease but one-year minimum. No smoking. Prefer no pets, though dog or cat considered with additional deposit and HOA-required pet fee. Water and trash included. Move in fee of $400 paid directly to HOA. First month's rent plus $2000 deposit ($3,150 + $2,000 = $5,150 total) required in the form of Paypal/Venmo transfer.
Credit check plus references for all occupants.
