About this House

Nice home in a great neighborhood. A 25 minute drive to Asheville or Black Mountain.

Renters are responsible for the electricity.
Also mowing and upkeep around outside property.
While keeping inside the house clean. No smoking is permitted inside. Small dogs and cats are allowed with a non refundable pet deposit per pet. $200.00 per cat and $350.00 per dog. Security deposit of $1050.00 is required upfront. Rent will be $1050.00 per month. If not received before the fifth day after it's due a $50.00 late fee is required. The lease agreement is yearly. Rent is collected in person at an agreed location. Cash ,cashiers check, or check is accepted.

Located nearby is a state of the art fitness center with 5 lane indoor pool/hot tub/sauna, all fitness equipment and classes. Asheville, located in same county is know for it's many restaurants, and the Biltmore House and Gardens.....a must see."

It's ammenities included a 5 lane indoor pool/hot tub/suana, all manner of exercise classes and fitness equipment. You are located in the mountains of western North Carolina, not far from the Blue Ridge Parkway. Asheville, NC in same county is known for it's restaurants and natural beauty. "
