Security deposit of $1050.00 is required upfront. Rent will be $1050.00 per month. If not received before the fifth day after it's due a $50.00 late fee is required. The lease agreement is yearly. Rent is collected in person at an agreed location. Cash ,cashiers check, or check is accepted.
