Description
Mid-Century condos within one building in fabulous North Wash Park neighborhood. NO HOA Dues to pay, as you own the whole building. Six units- 4 One bed, one bath units and 2 Two bedroom, one bath units each with their own storage in the basement. The building has been well cared for and could yield a much higher cap rate with some cosmetic updates. The building has had one owner for 26+ years. Every unit is currently leased and when they do come available they are usually rented pretty quickly! Two units leases expire in June, 2024. The rents are currently drastically reduced due to the Tenant's longevity at their residences. Two units are rented for a full year close to market value. One unit is month to month and the last unit is rented through August 2024.

"There’s heavy traffic and is apartment focused. The side walks are nice and wash park is in walking distance but unless you have a designated yard it isn’t incredibly dog friendly"

"It’s a really pleasant place to live and to walk around. There are a lot of unique homes and big old trees. It’s relatively quiet and street parking is reasonable on most blocks. There are extreme luxury apartments in the area but most are modest and it’s possible to find affordable rent. "
