You hear the train daily in the distance though its up against the neighborhood and they usually obey by not blowing horn close by. Farmers market is every weekend in downtown Gilbert plus theres plans to build more small retail as most places are restaurants. "

My father in law passed away just over a year ago and my husband and I moved here from Las Vegas to take care of my mother in law. Our new neighbors are wonderful as well and have become more like family than friends/neighbors. "
