A second 8 x 8 outbuilding is electrified and has an attached chicken coop and run. Water is provided from two shallow wells. One well supplies the house and a second supplies an irrigation system for gardens and grounds.

It’s centrally located to Boston and surrounding areas in addition to Plymouth which is a straight shot down route 3. Plenty of shops and grocery stores within a few miles but definitely easier to have a vehicle vs rely on public transportation. "
