This is a month to month verbal lease rental. 2 bedroom, 2 bath. Large kitchen and very large living room. Large side and backyard. Parking for 2 vehicles. This is suitable for a small family. No pets allowed do not waste either of our times by applying if you have pets. Lawn maintenance (mowing and weedeating only not landscaping) and trash dumpster on site are included in the price. This is a duplex, you would share a wall so there is a noise consideration to take into account when renting this unit. Do not pay for an application. I do not get those funds.
