Single Level-4 Bedroom. Landlord pays Gardener to take care of the front; tenant takes care of the fenced-in back yard. Tenant to pay all utilities, provides refrigerator and Washer/Dryer. Natural Gas: Water Heater, Fireplace, Dryer hookup. The house is available NOW and we will fill it as soon as we can do the background checks (see TERMS). Once we have the entire completed application, the screening goes pretty fast. The first thing I do is check for unlawful detainers or evictions; if you have either, your application will be rejected and you will lose the $30 application fee. LANDLORD welcomes all TENANTS in good standing with current LANDLORD. We perform background checks at the courthouse. LANDLORD is flexible on some items and can discuss particulars for TENANT'S situation when we get your application. TENANT- Security Deposit is $1791. First month and Security Deposit are due at move-in. House-trained dogs are welcome with Pet Deposit of $350/each dog, no size limit. NO CATS. TERMS, APPLICATION AND FINANCIAL DETAILS: 1. If you have social security, pensions, subsidies or assistance, copy those letters from the agency and attach to the application along with the Name and Phone of your contact agent. 4.
