"We've lived in the neighborhood since 2000. The schools are top rated in the state. The neighborhood is quiet and well maintained. Since we border the National Forest, we don't have the congestion of some other similar high-end neighborhoods. We're still only a 20-30 minute drive to Sky Harbor. Great freeway access with the 202. The private pools, tennis courts, and parks are great. So is the mountain biking, road biking, hiking etc. Awesome place to live!"
  • Kate W.
"Golf community - Robert Trent Jones Jr Las Sendas, lots of parks, covered paths, hills, biking, hiking, golfing or just come and watch the sunset from your new backyard"

Need we say more?"
