Hi my name is Kipp Boswell, I'm the landlords son trying to help my mother rent out her newly renovated family home. The property is in good condition and move in ready. She is requiring tenants to be able to sign a 6 month lease. The house is very secluded and quiet in the country side of bonsall/vista. We are located less than 5 minutes from the 15 freeway and a 20 minute drive to the beach. And no, we don't want to smell what your dog has been cooking. Exercise your dog to your heart's content but turning a street into a dog toilet is not cool. Be kind, don't empty your dog's behind. "
