Hi my name is Kipp Boswell, I'm the landlords son trying to help my mother rent out her newly renovated family home. The property is in good condition and move in ready. She is requiring tenants to be able to sign a 6 month lease. The house is very secluded and quiet in the country side of bonsall/vista. We are located less than 5 minutes from the 15 freeway and a 20 minute drive to the beach. Please feel free to call or text (preferred) I'm a college student and work full time at the moment so I might not be able to take calls on demand, but I'm fast to reply to any texts or you can leave me a voicemail and I will get back to you as soon as possible(usually within the hour). We are located less than 5 minutes from the 15 freeway and an 20 minute drive to the beach. all utilities are included in the rent (except for wifi and cable).
