Come spread out on this property or sell off the back piece! Payson city has said it is possible to get one lot behind this property as a flag lot. The process has not been completed, so the new owner would need to apply, but they have verbally told us they will allow a lot to be build here. I have attached all applications to the listing. Here is the comments from he City "Attached are the Final & Preliminary Plat and Overlay Zone application. Because it is only a two lot subdivision we waive the fee for the final plat (you only pay the preliminary plat fee). The overlay zone is for the infill overlay, which will be applied to both lots (the existing house lot and the rear ag lot). The overlay zone allows for the lot adjustments required for both lots. Let me know if you have any questions. Once you have an engineer involved, have them contact our engineers to see which items in the checklist will be required. There are a few items that won't be necessary.
