About this House

Fully furnished semi-basement private studio, full kitchen, heated bathroom floors, queen bed, futon couch, dresser, closet, and BLACKOUT BLINDS.

Shared main entrance leading into the shared laundry room, and then a private entrance into the studio.

USB outlets, wifi, parking , coffee beans and grinder, tea, cream and sugar, DVD player, amazon firestick, Hulu, Washer and dryer use.

The space
The Studio is not like many tiny spaces. It has a full sized kitchen with stainless steel appliances. The fridge is counter depth but just slightly skinnier than the average fridge.

The bathroom has a full shower bath and toilet. In floor bathroom heat is set automatically to welcome you in the morning or relax you in the evening before bed.

We have black out blinds to help with the long summer days.

Several lighting options available to change the ambiance of your stay.
You can work in an environment that meets your standards and sets the mood to get any job done!

All the cooking utensils and equipment needed to make a home cooked meal. Crockpot, rice maker, salad spinner, pizza pan and many more!

Stocked with spices and condiments to help dinner prep go smoothly and taste great!

We've made the unit comfy and cozy with all the things we ourselves would want if we were traveling away from our own home. You are welcome and encouraged to let us know if we have missed anything that would make your stay more pleasant.

Guest access
Prior to your arrival, you will be given directions and a code for the door.

A washer/dryer is available in the laundry room for your use. Please be respectful of the hours as a permanent tenant next door uses it as well.

We have a dedicated parking space for the studio.
Wifi. Amazon Fire stick will be available with many different apps. Hulu and Netflix on Amazon fire stick Some apps will not be available unless a quest has an account.

Other things to note
Arrangements can be made with the owner to have some basic supplies and groceries available for you upon arrival.

The studio shares a main entrance into the laundry room where 2 doors lead each into their own units.

THANK YOU FOR NOT SMOKING OR VAPING inside the House.
If you are a smoker you are welcome to smoke outside as long as you put your cigarette butts in the trash cans provided outside
- Do not engage in illegal activities anywhere on the property, this applies to both drugs and Internet activity (file sharing, etc).
- No parties, no outside visitors, no overnight guests.

- If you use the kitchen, please clean up any spills and splatter you create while cooking and place your used plates & silverware into the dishwasher.
Please hand wash any larger items, such as pots and pans.
- If you break or damage something, please let us know and arrange for its replacement or repair.

- At the end of your stay, please make sure all windows are closed and locked and all outside doors are closed and locked.
