About this House

Two Bedroom Downtown Eugene Apartment available on 12/1/24 ALL UTILITIES INCLUDED

Wonderful, two-bedroom apartment in downtown Eugene available for a quiet, responsible, single tenant that gets up early to work. The landlord lives downstairs and wakes up very early (between 4:45 5:15 am) on weekdays for work. I am really looking for just one tenant as it is an older home and I have found that noise from upstairs travels.

The apartment is a charming, older duplex with some unique wood fixtures, and plenty of storage space. Recent updates include refinished floors with original wood, repainting and plastering of several rooms and ceiling.

The space includes two bedrooms, a living room, kitchen, and bathroom. There are 2 off street parking spaces available. There is not a laundry facility on-site; however there is a laundromat two blocks away. It is also close to restaurants, the Eugene bus station, the University, and many shops.

Rent is $1200 per month plus a $1350 security deposit.

All utilities (heat, electric, gas, water, and garbage) are included in the cost of rent except for internet and cable. A single cat is allowed with a one-time fee deposit.

Please email or text if you have any questions and I will try to reply promptly.

"It has unfettered access to everything in downtown and it is a very walkable city. The neighbors are fantastic as well!"
  • Linda C.
"Located very close to Alton Baker playgrounds and dog parks. Close to the river path as wells market district shopping and entertainment. "
  • Richard L.
"Loud train horns 24/7 30 times daily Close to 5th ST Market, train station, Bolt Bus stop and a few nice restaurants "
  • Richard L.
"Close to transportation restaurants and shops but the horn blasts 24 hrs a day make life often unbearable "
  • Kaylee S.
"There are plants on each side of my house which is good for being right downtown. It is so nice, serves as a natural blockade from the street traffic. "
  • Laurengraham07
"The large homeless population and alleyways that they make their home really set this neighborhood apart. Beware of drug needles while walking barefoot through the park. "
  • danielbuckwalter
" Safety is the biggest issue here. It's not a good residential area. Too much construction for big-ticket items right now (NW Community Credit Union and soon a new high-rise student housing monster). Also, the chronic homeless have made camps in and around there. Needles and 211 beer cans everywhere. Not good for children, and ALWAYS keep doors locked. "
