Occupancy Limit:

I.D. Required: Each applicant over 18 years of age will be required to produce original documents showing legal presence in the United States such as a photo id (a driver's license or other government issued photo identification card).
Pets:
Cats are not permitted. Any and all pets will require a photo and owner/management approval. Additional fees and/or deposits may be required at signing. Required $350 non-refundable pet fee with a 2 pet maximum
We do not require monthly pet rent however all renters are required to provide proof of rental insurance as well as additional rider coverage specifically for their pet(s) to our office prior to move in.

    "My family lives in this neighborhood (Seville Golf & Country Club community), and it is one of the best communities we have lived in within the East Valley. Two major grocery stores are within ½ mile, and the San Tan Village Mall and Harkins theaters are only 7.58 miles away. The golf course, country club (which features a water park, tennis courts, upscale restaurant, ballroom, and fitness center), as well as numerous playgrounds/parks are just a block or two away. Riggs Elementary school is right around the corner. The neighborhood landscaping is very well maintained, the community is very clean, and well lit jogging paths surround the area."
