It's walking distance to brewpubs in downtown Springfield. The apt. is 2.5 mi from the Mac Court arena & the U of O. The house is fully furnished w/ ceramic tile mosaics throughout, memory foam mattresses, & a small, but full kitchen. 650 square feet of space. Best for single person, or couple. The house is above a shop and only a corner connects it to another house --ensuring you will not be disturbed by neighbors above, below, or adjacent to a wall.
The front door is on a path 60 feet/20 meters from the street. So, if you want a place you can drive right up to this place is not for you. No off-street parking. Peaceful neighborhood, but if you are oversensitive to train horns [tracks 400 yards away] look elsewhere.
Also take note... There is a Laundry ... but there will times that it will not be available.

    "Thereā€™s a walking/bike path that goes a few miles. Starting near shopping and bus lines it goes around parks and school, even a tennis court. Lots of grass along the way for your dog to relieve himself. Most people are decent enough to clean it up. The path ends up over near a river and a new path that runs another direction along nature area with wildlife for your dog to bark at. "
