"There are no community events. The farmers market is by the police station and there is minimal parking. The neighborhood is not friendly and there is stray cats fed in every block. "
  • Trulia User

  • Brianna Murillo
"The neighbors are very friendly and the schools are very good. Most neighborhoods and schools we’ve been at have been overpopulated and some bulling."
  • Felipe17jr
"Use to live in this area. Plenty of family all around Rosemead. Nice shopping centers. Brings back childhood memories. "
  • Christie Herrera
"I don’t think anything really. You see them all the time up and down the streets walking their dogs. "
  • Trazies.bills
"Rosemead is nice and quiet most of the time. Streets are wide. Plenty of street parking available. Neighborhood streets are well maintained and clean for the most part. I have been living here for over 6 years."
  • Susanleos6297
"My commute is Very easy because of the access to multiple freeways! I can even take a detour through the neighboring main streets if traffic is too heavy! "
  • Tatiana082193
"I live here for 3 years.its a quite place. It to much movement around, not good.to leave if your older it’s perfect, for young it’s a place for a bad drug habit. Homeless people around , a lot people park in your sidewalk no parking close by to your own house. A lot weird people looking around not from the area."
  • Tatiana082193
"Really nice and quiet area .theres homeless people but , they don’t bug you.nice area for family and for Latinos . If you drive more up to the monte a lot of restaurants Mexicans . And also mc Donald."
  • Anna Y.
"There are dangerous stray dogs owned by irresponsible people. The dogs are not vaccinated. Most of them do not wear a collar and a leash. They often escape their fences and come after you. I’ve been bit once and my dog has been as well. This is an extremely disgusting neighborhood to live in."
  • Varafootball
"Pretty close to lots of authentic foods like Asian and Mexican. Nice parks. Safe to walk around. Everything else is just like any other place."
  • Meiandy
"This is very nice neighborhood and all friendly people here I love to leave here close to supermarket and good school here "
  • Lay L.
"There are not too many people walk their dogs, unless is a small dog. Dog owners might not like the fact that most driveway are not gated. Usually gated area in the back is very small. "
