Move-in ready, second floor 1 bedroom apartment ready for lease at $1,850 per month. Unit is ready to move in starting May 1st.

Lease can include access to a storage unit that is on premises. Lease term would be for 6 months with the ability to go month-to-month thereafter. Hot water and trash are the utilities included with your rent. Security deposit and 1st month's rent due at signing. Security deposit is also $1,850.

The apartment is located in a central area of Long Beach near beaches, parks, and with easy access to throughways (7th Street, 405, 710, PCH, etc.). Minutes away from many Long Beach landmarks (Downtown, Aquarium of the Pacific, the Pike, Queen Mary, Belmont Pier, Long Beach Museum of Art, Long Beach City Beach, and much more!) Property is centrally located, and you would be able to walk to groceries, laundry, restaurants, coffee shops, etc.

Apartment would include kitchen with appliances along with a kitchenette/dining area, your own bathroom, bedroom, and living room area. It boasts lots of natural light. The building's washer and dryer are accessible 24/7 in a shared courtyard along with several storage units that are 8' x 5' that are available for lease.

You are encouraged to view the unit anytime starting April 11th (Saturday) between 10 a.m. and 8 p.m. on any day. You can stop by the Long Beach Vibe store at the bottom of the building, and the store owner (Carlos) can provide you viewing access. Or you can visit the unit, and if interested, you can complete a paper application on site. We require a $35 application fee per applicant and will require a proof of income and run a credit check as part of the application process.

Only applicants that pay the application fee will be considered.
