The house is three bed/three bath just minutes from the medical district, law school, med school and the main Texas Tech campus. There is a grocery store less than a mile from the house.

The house has original hardwood floors throughout, new paint, carpeted den, updated bathrooms and kitchen with tile floors, a two-car garage, circle drive, lots of storage and great closets. There are three spacious living areas with plenty of study nooks and a large fenced backyard with patio.

Rent is $750 per room, per month, plus utilities (electric, water, gas, trash, and internet) split among all tenants. The shared living spaces are furnished including all kitchen appliances and a washer/dryer.

Each bedroom is partially furnished as well, but I am happy to put stuff in storage if you have your own!
