The rear bedroom has its own private bath. The second bedroom is even larger and connects to the second full bathroom, which also opens to the hallway/main living area for guest access. Both bedrooms have their own televisions and dedicated desks/work space. The arrangement works well for two occupants who each want their own space and bathroom.

The bright comfortable living room includes a sectional and television. The updated kitchen includes white cabinetry, generous counter space, abundant storage, and stainless steel appliances. It is fully equipped with a refrigerator, range, microwave, dishwasher, coffee station, basic cookware, dishes, and other essentials. A full-size washer and dryer are also included.

The home includes bed linens, pillows, and bath towels. A small welcome supply of coffee, laundry detergent and dishwashing detergent/products will be awaiting upon arrival.

Storage is truly exceptional. In addition to the large bedroom closets, both bathrooms offer extensive cabinetry and built-in storage. The home also includes an unusually large cedar-lined hallway closet with ample room for clothing, luggage and other personal belongings.

Outside, the large private backyard is fully fenced and divided into separate spaces. One section provides a covered patio with outdoor talble/chairs, string lights and a designated area for approved pets. The separate dog-free area offers another wonderful place to spend time outdoors, with a fire pit, string lighting, rustic seating, benches, a shade sail and a planting area.

Additional features include central heating and air conditioning, ceiling fans in the living space and both bedrooms, hard-surface flooring throughout and an attached 2-car garage with additional storage closet.

Conveniently located with easy access to Texas Tech, medical center, shopping, dining and other everyday destinations.

Furnished rental with a six-month minimum lease at the listed monthly rent of $2,695. Shorter lease terms of three to five months may be considered on a case-by-case basis at a higher monthly rate, subject to availability and applicant approval. Security deposit is $2,695. First month's rent and security deposit, plus any pet deposit are due before move-in.

Rent includes high-speed fiber internet, gas, trash service, regularly scheduled yard maintenance, pest-control service, water charges up to $100 per utility billing cycle, and electricity charges up to $250 per billing utility cycle. Utility allowances are noncumulative, and unused portions do not roll over. Tenant is responsible for charges exceeding the applicable allowances, as provided in the lease.

Approved pets are welcome with prior approval and pet screening. A refundable pet deposit of $300 per pet and monthly pet rent of $50 per pet apply. Dogs must remain within the designated pet-friendly portion of the backyard and are not permitted in the separately fenced fire-pit and planting area.

No smoking or vaping inside or outside the property. No subletting or unauthorized occupants. RV connections, EV charging/related equipment or additional heating/cooling appliances require prior written approval.

Indoor fireplace is decorative and unavilable for use. The storm shelter, one garage closet, and one interior storage closet will remain locked and are not included in the rental.

A small welcome supply of coffee, laundry detergent and dishwashing products will be provided upon arrival. Tenant is responsible for ongoing household consumables after the initial supplies are exhausted.

All applicants are subject to screening, including identity, income, rental-history, credit and background check.
