There are two coin/card operated laundry facilities on site for your convenience. Cats and dogs are negotiable, must provide vet records with application. We allow small dogs, anything under 25lbs, with breed restrictions. Up to two cats per apartment or one small dog. First month's rent for move in! Ask about our move-in special!

This area has many of the older homes in Chicopee so it is an interesting neighborhood to look at. It has a municipal power company that gets power up and running after any weather related power issue. It also has reasonable rates. I believe you get a lot for your money with the real estate in this city."
