This two bedroom apartment features designer wood inspired flooring, wall-to-wall carpeting, a full modern bath, two nice sized bedrooms, and ample storage. The rent includes hot water, water/sewer, trash removal, snow removal and lawn care. The tenant is responsible for the heat, electricity, phone, cable, and internet. Easy access to Routes I-90, I-91 and I-391 and conveniently located just minutes away from restaurants, shopping, and so much more.

There are two coin/card operated laundry facilities on site for your convenience. Cats and dogs are negotiable, must provide vet records with application. We allow small dogs, anything under 25lbs, with breed restrictions. Up to two cats per apartment or one small dog. First month's rent for move in! This is a lease take over, rent is $1550/month through August 2026. Starting September 2026, the rent will be $1650/month.

This area has many of the older homes in Chicopee so it is an interesting neighborhood to look at. It has a municipal power company that gets power up and running after any weather related power issue. It also has reasonable rates. I believe you get a lot for your money with the real estate in this city."
