9. Lease duration annual with no change in rent amount for a potential lease renewal.
10 . A $500.00 co-op application Fee to be submitted with the application plus a $150.00 (per applicant credit/criminal report). Please note that these fees are co-op specific admin fees and are non-refundable. Bank certified checks or money orders required for the processing fee.
11 . Upon approval, a Move-In Deposit of $1,000.00 is required by the coop but this deposit is refundable after the completion of the move-in process.
