About this House

This is a lovely quiet townhome located in the Bixby Knolls area of Long Beach. The area is known for its mix of commercial and residential properties. It is conveniently close to transit, dining, and shopping. A quiet end unit, it has beautiful layout with living area downstairs with a half bath and two large bedrooms with their own private baths upstairs. There is great light throughout the home with ceiling fans in the master bedroom and bonus room. The laundry area is in the upstairs hallway between the two bedrooms. But it gets better...there are two enclosed garage areas ( one currently used as a bonus room)that have direct access to the dining area that have been completed with drywall and flooring and can be used as an entertainment room, workout room, guest room, or office. This is additional square footage to the home. Additionally, there is a carport that is also included just outside the garage area. Parking is not a problem here. The gated grounds are beautifully laid out with BBQ units for your use.

This is a one year lease. You have the choice to park in one of the enclosed garage areas that have been converted plus the carport. There is plenty of parking on the street and in a lot across from the complex after hours. No smoking is allowed in the unit or on the grounds (per HOA) and no pets, including guests. All guests must respect the HOA guidelines. The appliances, refrigerator, stove, and washer and dryer stay with the unit, unless you do not need them, then they will be removed . The owner is providing a two-year warranty on the appliances as long as they do not show improper use or abuse. After that, the tenant will be responsible for any repairs or replacements as needed. If the carport parking pass is lost, Tenant will be financially responsible for replacing it.

Renters are to pay gas and electricity and Internet. Water is paid by the association. The refrigerator, stove, and washer and dryer are included with the unit. The owner will handle a two-year warranty on those items as long as they do not show abuse. After that, the tenant is responsible for repairing and replacing if necessary. There are no pets and no smoking allowed in the unit or on the premises. You will receive guidelines from the HOA that you must adhere to. No people other than the ones in the rental agreement are allowed to live in the unit or sublet without prior approval. This will be a one year lease. There are two enclosed garages plus a carport and plenty of parking available on the street.
