Tenants Pay for Electric, Trash, Water and Gas Or it can be included for an additional $700 -$1500 a month depending on the season.

Each person planning to live at the property that is over the age of 18 MUST submit an application for approval.
$80 Application fee per applicant over the age of 18 is NOT refundable. unless housing is not offered to you.
Units are rented to the best qualified applicant when assessed using the requirements to rent. Conditional approval may be possible for people that do not meet all requirements. Applicants that do not meet all requirements will be subordinate to fully qualified applicants. We require a month 2 month lease if possible,

REQUIREMENTS TO RENT 30 days or longer
1. Minimum household gross income of 2.5x the monthly rent.(or co-signer) Insurance company ect
2. A good credit score and clean history (650 minimum).
3. Proof of income to be able to rent. Pay stubs, self employed bank statements, Income can also include assistance such as food stamps, child support - call for clarification if necessary.
4. A Social Security Number (SSN) or Individual Taxpayer Identification Number (ITIN).
5. Valid, current, government issued Photo ID.
6. You must obtain or currently have and be willing to transfer renter's insurance.
7.) We prefer a min. of a 2 month lease.
