2. A good credit score and clean history (700 minimum).
3. Proof of income required. Pay stubs, self employed bank statements, Income can also include assistance such as food stamps, child support - call for clarification if necessary.
4. A Social Security Number (SSN) or Individual Taxpayer Identification Number (ITIN).
5. Valid, current, government issued Photo ID.
6. You must obtain or currently have and be willing to transfer renter's insurance.
7.) We prefer a min. of a 6 month lease for furnished rentals but open to shorter term with much higher rental rate. Non furnished 18 month lease.
