2.5 acres of land set up on its own little hill. Overlooking the famous Mount Pisgah, with miles of hiking and running trails, and summer swimming. Close to two of Oregons most beautiful rivers, the Mckenzie and the Willamette.

10 minutes to downtown Eugene, 6-8 minutes to downtown Springfield, which hosts popular brew pubs and distillery’s. 20 minutes to Eugene Airport. And just 2 hours from Portland. Also only 1 hour from the beach and 1 hour 10min to the ski resort, Willamette pass.

Solar/wind power at the flip of a switch-putting us completely off grid. (It runs the well, freezers and lights, etc.). The current system is large enough it has the potential to add 4 more panels and another wind mill (double what we currently have). Artesian well and septic system. So besides power, internet is the only other utility bill. Wood stove, as well a heat pump (has AC).

Property also includes a 24’X40’ shop with oversized roll up door and tall ceilings, and a 30’X40’ fenced garden with red wood raised beds (already 80% planted for the year). Behind the house is a carport and behind the shop is a wood shed. Overlooking many luscious oak trees in the surrounding. Optional chicken coop.

House is a 2007 Palm Harbor manufactured home. 1404 square feet, 2 bedrooms, 2 full bath and a built in office. Open layout for the kitchen, dining and living room. The covered porch is 216 square feet. Home is in excellent shape, but would also be a great place to build your dream home here.

Property taxes shy of $1000/year.

Current owners would be willing to possibly rent house for up to 6 months after sale.
