This level also features a full bathroom and a spacious primary suite with a king size bed and access to a rooftop deckperfect for enjoying coastal sunsets.

The home is thoughtfully equipped for everyday comfort, including an in-home washer and dryer. Heating and a gas fireplace provide year-round coziness.
