This level also features a full bathroom and a spacious primary suite with a king size bed and access to a rooftop deckperfect for enjoying coastal sunsets.

The home is thoughtfully equipped for everyday comfort, including an in-home washer and dryer. Heating and a gas fireplace provide year-round coziness. Like most homes at the beach, please note that this home does not have air conditioning. A private BBQ area offers additional space for outdoor entertaining and enjoying relaxed evenings by the sea.

There is no garage access or garage parking available; however, the property offers driveway parking for up to four vehicles.
