"Waverly/Mcewen is one of the gems of Middle Tenn. This area offers great schools, farm land and fresh water clean creeks. Just minutes from Kentucky Lake and some of the best bass and crappie fishing in the country. "

"This is an excellent area for country living. Limited shopping (Walmart) is about 12 miles away in Waverly. It is not for city dwellers but is a very safe, clean, peaceful area an is great for horses and cattle. The one star rating, I think, was probably from someone who wanted a more socially active lifestyle."
