Are you able to drive by and make the initial decision of interested/not interested based on the access, location, neighborhood, exterior, etc.?

Better directions to the house are: Heading South from Conifer on Hwy #285 then through Pine Junction (1st stop light) almost to Crow Hill, Turn Right at the 2nd stop light on Hwy 285 = County Road 43A then 1/3 mile and bear right on County Road 43 (Deer Creek Rd) another 6.3 miles to a fork stay Right on road 47, continue past Meridian Campground sign, stay on pavement heading north past Stagecoach road (community mailbox station) at approximately 1.8 miles from the 43/47 fork look for signs that say Moore Street TURN LEFT on Moore Street = dirt road then Right on Ward Street you will be parallel to a small lake, continue west past the upper end of the lake and the house is on the left (white with green roof- geodesic).
Tenant Pays all Utilities, 12 month lease minimum. Remote and a long commute to the Denver Metro area. Prior to arranging a showing we want to be certain all prospects understand the travel time.
