One year lease required. Rental rate does not include utilities at $25 per person, per month. This includes water, sewer, and trash. Pets accepted including cats and dogs under 35 lbs. Larger dogs considered on a case-by case basis. Minimum credit score of 625 and combined income (of all tenants in the unit) of 2.25 times the rental rate for approval. Application fee is $15. Please contact for a link to the application. Applications are processed in the order in which they are received. Once a qualified applicant has been found, we will return all other application fees.
