All apartments are newly remodeled. New kitchens, granite countertops, flooring, bathrooms, windows, doors and paint. The property is a work in progress; more work will be done on the exterior. Each apartment has its own separate laundry room with hookups (tenant must bring own washer/dryer) and storage room. Laundry rooms are currently being remodeled. Parking is in the back of the property and surrounded by a block fence; plenty of parking, no need to park on the street. Great place to live; owners keep property well maintained. It is a small community; only 4 apartments on the property. Within walking distance of Sunnyslope School and John C Lincoln Hospital. Rent is currently $850, but owner will lower rent to $800 if only one or two people (total) will be moving in.

Owner pays water, sewer, trash. Tenant pays electricity. Credit and criminal background checks will be run. No felonies or evictions.
