2 bed 1 bath apartment; remodeled in early 2019. New kitchen cabinets, granite countertops, flooring, bathroom, windows, doors and paint. The property is a work in progress; more work will be done on the exterior. Each apartment has its own separate laundry room with hookups (tenant must bring own washer/dryer). Each apartment also has an assigned storage room. Parking is in the back of the property and surrounded by a block fence; plenty of parking, no need to park on the street. Great place to live; owners keep property well maintained. It is a small community; only 4 apartments on the property. Within walking distance of Sunnyslope Elementary School and John C Lincoln Hospital. Hiking trails nearby. Rent is currently $900, but owner is willing to bring down the rent if only 1 person (total) will be moving in.
Owner pays water, sewer, trash. Tenant pays electricity.

No pets. No smoking. Credit and criminal background checks will be run. No felonies, evictions, or bankruptcies. Good to fair credit.
