"San clemente is whack. Was fun growing up here but it’s gotten worse over the year. Not to mention we live in a 1.5million dollar home in an affluent neighborhood in Talega and yet my car was stolen right out of my driveway last week. Everything is absurdly expensive and this town is not what it used to be."
  • Pamela R.
"San Clemente has a great small town feel. It has many nice neighborhoods and a great main street area with many shops and nice restaurants. The pier area and the beaches are nice as well. It is a great place to live!"
  • Katie K.

  • Nina V.
"Lots of places to walk your dog, people pick up after their dogs, some streets don’t have sidewalks, lots of neighbors have dogs"
  • Tyler S.
"Great place to raise kids and live the beach life. Plenty to do and clean. The schools are acceptable and clean as well. Great beach living for a somewhat reasonable cost. "
  • Maggie S.
"Downtown festivals, music concerts on beach, Antique car show, fireworks for 4th of July, Holiday Festivals. "
