Historic 1930's building with ocean view, one block to the beach. Freshly painted, all new light fixtures, blinds, new fridge, stove, faucets, kitchen sink and countertops. Up one flight of stairs with 2 separate entrances (one through the courtyard and one in the back of the building, (which makes it really easy for loading and unloading your car) and small private balcony. Hardwood floors. Light and bright. Shared garden and laundry room. Historic building on lovely, quiet block on tree-lined 1st street. Friendly and quiet neighbors in this 7-unit complex.

Please note, this is an upstairs unit. It will be available 8/1. We already have a lot of interested parties so we think this will go quickly, so if you are interested please fill out an application. Street parking only. Square footage is approximate. We were told it is between 550-600 sq feet. No pets. Please don't ask. One year lease to start. Water, trash and sewage included.

The lead photo is the front of the building, with 2 duplexes. This unit, C, is in the back through the courtyard and up the blue stairs. Please do not disturb the tenants but you are welcome to take a look at the building, and the location of the unit even before we start showing it. It also comes with a small storage closet in the courtyard. We already have many completed applications who are interested in it for 8/1 so if you are interested I would suggest filling out an application.

Water, sewage and trash fees are included. Please no Short-term rental inquiries or management companies. One year minimum lease to start. No pets. Thank you for not asking if we will make an exception. We are serious animal lovers but have incurred thousands of dollars of damage from our last few tenants with pets and are trying to preserve our investment. Thank you for understanding.
