"There are a lot of homeless people, children should supervised. Fourth Ward is a very small area, as you get to Graham and Tryon, which border the neighborhood, there is traffic and other things you associate with downtown areas."

"Lived here 4 years and it’s an awesome neighborhood with a KILLER location. We walk/bike/scooter everywhere with ease. "
  • C. C.
"Stressful due too construction otherwise it is easy. Avoid uptown if possible, find all alternate routes to your destination and pick based on traffic and lights"
  • Nmgiglio
"Love the green spaces that balance the concrete and surface parking. We do have a number of homeless people in the area, but generally most everyone treats everyone else just fine"
  • nc56789
"Charlotte's only true urban neighborhood, with convenient access to public transportation, 17 performing arts theaters, movie theaters, bars, restaurants, parks and so much more. You have to see it to believe it!"
  • Kristin E.
"My husband and I bought a condo here because of his job. We live in rural Georgia full time which we love, but coming to Charlotte is so easy and comfortable. The city here is so easy to navigate and full of interesting things to do. Fifth and Poplar is like staying in a hotel. It has all the best amenities and is so well run. Everything you need is here from the Harris Teater downstairs to the Epicentre Theater 5 blocks away, to the new Knights stadium. I can come here with my children and feel completely safe too, not like Atlanta! Can't say enough!"
  • John S.
"Upscale construction @ half the price. It is near EVERYTHING UPTOWN and it is half the price of the surrounding uptown units. Near Grocery, Drug Store, Laundry, and Auto Mechanic."
