    "This is a great area to live, lots of great kids in the neighborhood of all ages, nice park for kids to play at or to walk your dog and its very well kept! Have lived in this neighborhood for over a year, and still love it! In the year that i have lived here with my husband and our three kids there has not been any sign of crime, there is a armed security guard that is always on patrol riding their bike around the neighborhood. The only thing that i hate is the HOA they are way to anal about the things people who live here do, gave my husband a hoa violation for having his front tire to his truck hanging over the side of the driveway by LITERALLY 1 inch, my husband measured it , because he couldn't believe it. The HOA here is TERRIBLE!!!!!!"
